We offer a full prescription dispensing service including veterinary prescriptions. A pharmacist is always available on-site during our opening hours and can also perform a medication usage review.
A medication usage review involves the pharmacist reviewing the patient’s use of their medication, ensuring they understand how their medicines should be used and why they have been prescribed, identifying any problems and then, where necessary, providing feedback to the prescriber.
As of April 2023, the NHS prescription charge is £9.65 per item for those patients who are not exempt. Charges for private prescriptions vary according to the medication prescribed.
